M20D is based on GNSS technology with completely independent intellectual property rights, the module has 48 pins with package of LGA. The high-precision measurement engine, navigation engine and functional safety engine are inte grated in the module, conforming to ASIL B functional safety requirements. High-performance NRTK/PPP/PPP-RTK solution, anti- jamming and anti-deception are supported to deal with harsh environments such as satellite signal interference and outage, and can provide continuous, real-time and reliable high- precision position and features high integration, high performance, low power consumption, small size, etc. lt can be applied to automated driving, advanced driver assistance, lane-level navigation, drones, intelligent robots, precision agriculture, surveying, mapping, etc.

High-precision Multi-frequency GNSS Positioning Engine

Bynav REAL (Ransac Enhanced Advanced Location) GNSS positioning engine has integrity monitoring algorithm which can monitor the pseudo range , carrier phase, and Doppler observations in real time, and can eliminate faulty satellites accurately in the situation with large of faulty satellites. That improves the fault tolerance and fixed solution rate under multipath and interference conditions in urban environments.

Anti-jamming GNSS Measurement and Positioning Engine

SAIF (Smart Advanced lnterference Defense), the high-performance multiple in- terference suppression technology, is built in and capable of handling different interferences such as single-frequency, multitone, sweeping, pulse, narrowband with interference-signal ratio of 65 dBc.

NRTK/PPP/PPP-RTK

The module supports all of NRTK differential service, Beidou-3 B2b PPP solution and Mainstream PPP- RTK differential service. The Beidou and Galileo four-frequency signals are used to greatly speed up PPP convergence and improve th e availability of high-precision positioning.

ASIL B Functional Safety

The design is based on IS026262 ASIL B functional safety requirements. With built-in functional safety GNSS SOC and algorithm.
