Description

The REVOLUTION offers flexibility underwater for challenging underwater missions. Propelled by six powerful thrusters, it provides unmatched control underwater.

Powered by lithium-ion batteries that are easily interchangeable, it ensures uninterrupted operation and reduced downtime. The carbon fiber shell and its 305m depth rating makes the vehicle rugged and durable to withstand harsh ocean conditions.

Revolving Head

The 260-degree revolving camera head is the defining feature of the REVOLUTION that provides high definition viewing capability along with LED floodlights and laser scalers. Above the camera head is the option for imaging sonar to get visuals in murky water, and below the camera head is a two-function grabber for sampling, measuring or retrieving. The camera, lights, grabber and imaging sonar makes the ROV ideal for search missions, infrastructure inspection and target location.

Six Thruster Control

For stability in heavy currents and making adjustments during the inspection process, the ROV is equiped with stable thrusters for vertical and lateral movements and depth holding. They utilize magnetic coupling that require no ongoing maintence or frequent adjustments.

BRIDGE Integration

The REVOLUTION is controlled by BRIDGE that enables viewing and recording of data on a handheld controller. Addition of the imaging sonar & USBL Positioning system allows for recording of the ROV's position and receiving precise viewing angles.

REVOLUTION Packages

REVOLUTION Base: Includes BRIDGE integrated controller, SD card, rotating camera head, grabber, LED floodlights and a 10cm laser scaler. A spare set of batteries enables extended operation with an option to utilize direct power, if preferred. A 300m tether reel (500m upgradeable) and two wheeled pelican cases are included to provide exceptional portability.

REVOLUTION NAV: In addition to the components provided in the base package, the NAV adds advanced piloting capabilities with USBL and DVL sensors to plan missions and deploy pre-programmed routes. The package also includes a service parts kits and an extended two-year warranty.

Common REVOLUTION Add-ons:

Manipulator and Water Sampler: Grabber claws, sediment samples and mort pusher to ensure effective operation of physical tasks.
Thickness gauges: The Cygnus thickness gauge integration enables evaluation of thickness of steel on metal surfaces.
