GYPRO®4300
High Stability ± 300 °/s Digital MEMS Gyro for Navigation of Dynamic Applications
Discover our latest generation of gyroscope tailored to INS for GNSS-assisted positioning and navigation, AHRS/IMU/MRU, and borehole drilling and surveying instruments.
Description
Excellent repeatability and stability for navigation in extreme environments
With a ± 300 °/s input range, the high-performance, closed-loop digital MEMS gyroscope, GYPRO®4300 provides a viable substitute for Fiber-Optic Gyroscopes (FOG) at a fraction of the size, weight, and power consumption.
It has an excellent bias instability of 0.4 °/h and an ARW (Angular Random Walk) of 0.07 °/√h. This paves the way for a new generation of precise positioning, navigation, and stabilization functions in dynamic applications.
The 24 bits SPI interface and hermetic ceramic SMD package make it easier to integrate the GYPRO4300 and lower the BOM. Initial sensor integrity verification and ongoing in-operation functionality testing are guaranteed by the integrated self-test
Tailored to dynamic applications
Our high stability gyro is designed for GNSS-assisted inertial navigation and positioning of ground vehicles and trains, MRU (Motion Control Unit) for ship motion control and positioning, and AHRS for light aircrafts, helicopters, and drones.
Furthermore, it is an ideal option for incorporation into directional modules which are employed in survey and directional drilling tools. Because of its small size, it is possible to construct very accurate inertial systems with a small form factor that can be contained in a small diameter tube.
