AXO®314 is a high-performance digital MEMS accelerometer with a ±14 g input range. It offers a digital and low-SWaP alternative to tactical-grade quartz accelerometers for dynamic applications requiring high precision acceleration measurements.

High stability and repeatability for precision navigation under high vibration conditions
The AXO®314 is a low-SWaP, high-precision digital MEMS accelerometer with a ±14 g input range. It performs similarly to precision quartz accelerometers but is smaller and lighter.
It has a 1-year composite bias repeatability of 1 mg and a Vibration Rectification Error (VRE) of 20 µg/g², making it ideal for integration into high-performance Inertial Measurement Units (IMU) and Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) used in UAVs, ships, aerial survey and mapping, and mining drilling guidance.
The hermetic ceramic SMD container, paired with a 24-bit SPI interface, makes AXO®314 easier to integrate and minimizes the BOM. The built-in self-test ensures that the sensor's integrity is verified initially and that its functionality is tested continuously while in operation.
MEMS accelerometer for navigation in dynamic applications
AXO®314 is a high accuracy MEMS accelerometer designed for GNSS-assisted inertial navigation and localization in UAV, land, and maritime transportation systems. It has a bias instability of 4 µg and operates at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
Furthermore, it is an ideal option for integration into directional modules which are used for drilling and survey tools in the mining industry. Its small packaging enables the development of high accuracy inertial devices within a compact form factor that fits inside a low diameter tube.
