M563 Dual-Frequency Chirp-Ready Transducer
Dual-frequency broadband marine transducer
The M563 is a high-sensitivity broadband transducer for shallow-water and coastal surveying that delivers excellent broadband performance throughout low and high-frequency bands.
Description
The M563 is a high-sensitivity broadband transducer for shallow-water and coastal surveying that delivers excellent broadband performance throughout low-frequency (25-45 kHz) and high-frequency (3 options) bands. It is capable of crisp waveforms at discrete frequencies, as well as broadband Chirp or coded waveforms.
The assembly can be mounted on a towed body, directly to a wood, steel, or fiberglass hull, or as an in-hull in a fiberglass hull for precise echosounding. The seamless SEALCAST urethane housing provides long underwater operational life.
