XenoLidar-X is a true-solid-state LiDAR designed for high-resolution and accurate analysis of the vehicle's surroundings. It is a stand-alone, off-the-shelf solution with no moving parts, intended for autonomous and industrial applications.XenoLidar-X comes in two versions: Xact for mid-range, and Xpert for long-range measurements. Both versions include XenoWare, the 3D point cloud software enabling perception solutions in ADAS and up to fully autonomous driving.
Description
XenoLidar-X is a compact, modular sensor built on a full-silicon design which makes it effective for neath integration in vehicles in centralized and distributed architectures..
This sensor uses a unique concept of performant global shutter, the so called 'multi-beam' process. The true solid state design, the mature components (vcsel and cmos) and the unique working principle make it fit for harsh environment and for harsh weather applications with a robustness that guarantees a high MTBF. The optical setup assures a zero-defect laser functionality for the complete resolution.
Different from the competitive LiDAR landscape, XenomatiX offers a no-scanning LiDAR, detecting the whole scene in 'one flash' without the constraints of shorter-range nor high power. The high-resolution point cloud needs no calculation for time-space correction like scanning lidars and allows for a high frame rate, obviously all within Class 1 safety.

XenomatiX technology is true-solid-state because it is made with a semiconductor-based laser source and detector without scanning nor moving components, delivering simplicity and scalability required for reliable mass production. With an inherently incorporated camera, XenoLidar-X offers up to 6D output: 3D geometry, valuable intensity (for road markings) and 2D camera images. The solution translates the LiDAR high-resolution perception measurements into readily available scene interpretation applications, such as object detection, classification and tracking, free space detection, mapping, sensor fusion and more. With 6D measurement data you can develop a nearly unlimited range of tailored applications. In addition, artificial intelligence algorithms can be added to the software for more reliable object detection, faster classification and more accurate localization. XenomatiX’ 4-dimensional artificial intelligence uses NN that are trained requiring only a limited number of frames. - Robust - No moving parts
