Leveraging more than two decades experience in coastal and offshore surveying and construction characterising the AGEOTEC series, the Lyra features an exceptional payload capacity for an observer class remotely operated vehicle.

Description

Amazing weight-to-power ratio for a vehicle reliable even in the harshest conditions.

STRUCTURE FRAME AND FITTING:
LYRA remotely operated vehicle (ROV) features a modular chassis manufactured in high impact resistant polypropylene, totally maintenance-free and non-corroding. All chassis members can be easily replaced and any additional equipment may be bolted directly onto them. Pressure housings are in anticorodal aluminum 6060.

PROPULSION:
Two vertical oblique vectored and two horizontal vectored DC brushless thrusters, featuring:

  • 20 Kgf downward thrust
  • 10 Kgf forward thrust
  • 11 Kgf lateral thrust

BUOYANCY & PAYLOAD:
One encapsulated high density foam block provides up to 22 Kg of payload capability. Additional buoyancy modules can be added to increase the payload. Modular ballasts allow the trimming of the vehicle balance.

VIDEO:
Fitted inside the PMMA dome on the Electronic POD, the standard color camera has a resolution of 750 TVL and both PAL and NTSC support. An external real-time camera can be added and placed upon the user preference.

SENSORS:
The vehicle is equipped with an IMU unit, providing high accuracy heading position. A digital pressure sensor provide the Depth value with high stability. Auto-heading and auto-depth functions are standard.

ROV SURFACE UNIT:
Composed by a 12U 19-inch (482 mm) rack flight case, it contains all the necessary to operate the ROV. The pilot monitor is a professional 17-inch (431 mm) pull-out monitor connected to a digital video Recorder with 1 TB of standard memory.

VIDEO OVERLAY
The standard HD video overlay is capable of displaying all the essential data for the pilot such as: heading, depth, pitch & roll, date & time, CP probe (if fitted), user comments and external data input.

POWER REQUIREMENT:
230 VAC - 50/60 Hz, 3,3 kW
