DTG3 ROV

DTG3 ROV

Intelligence and advanced capabilities make this portable, commercial-grade remotely operated vehicle the best in its class.

DTG3 is a mini observation-class underwater ROV built for quick deployment and reliable underwater surveys and inspections.

Deep Trekker
Kitchener, CA

Description

The DTG3 makes underwater operations easier than before with its unmatched portability. With long lasting operating battery life, it provides exceptional durability, allowing for prolonged missions.

Equipped with three powerful thrusters and a patented pitch system, the ROV ensures versatility underwater and automatic stabilization along with intuitive controls. The 270 degree rotating and full HD camera (4k upgradable) offers a wide range of view for maximum situational awareness.

The DTG3 package comes at an aggressively competitive price and can fit into a single Pelican case. It includes a 75m tether, with an option to upgrade to 700m, three sets of LED floodlights to illuminate your focus point during murky water scenarios, and sensors for measuring water quality parameters.

Precision Thruster

The precision thruster at the rear end of the ROV allows movement without utilizing the pitch function and make depth adjustments without rotating the ROV.

Full HD camera

The DTG3 comes equipped with a full HD camera, with an option to upgrade to 4k, and live viewing on the BRIDGE integrated handheld controller. The lens upgrade provides a wider range of view, enhanced clarity and auto color correction.

Common DTG3 Add-ons:

- Grabber Arm: It enables to carry out tasks such as retrieving objects and equipment deployment.

- Laser Scalar: Two lasers that offer size estimation during visual inspections.

- USBL Positioning: USBL system that allows for situational awareness about the ROV's accurate position.

- Thickness Gauge: It helps in evaluating the thickness of steel on hulls.

Built to withstand harsh underwater conditions, the DTG3 employs innovative magnetic coupled thrusters. Its 180-degree rotating capability allows for lateral movements to ensure precision and control for navigation even in challenging environments.
