Predictable construction site logistics
The setup is greatly simplified because neither contact wire nor physical reference horizons are required. These tasks are now handled by Topcon's millimetre GPS technology and a 3D model. With this model and the precise positioning, the team is advancing into new dimensions of accuracy.
3D Milling also makes construction site logistics more manageable and easier to plan. Since no physical reference horizons or possible obstacles have to be considered, all data is available with the previously prepared 3D model. The same model can easily be used for the pavers.
