Description

The M-A351 is a highly accurate, low noise and stable three axis accelerometer equipped with detection elements made from micro-fabricated quartz crystal (QMEMS) providing a wide temperature range by built-in temperature compensation. For each axis the devise can output acceleration or inclination angle. The low noise performance makes it ideally suitable for seismic and structural monitoring.
