The Content Program’s Metro HD city data offers 10 data sets derived from 5 cm resolution aerial imagery and 20 - 25 points/m² density LiDAR data, which are captured simultaneously for superior accuracy and temporal consistency.

The HxGN Content Program’s Metro HD city data offers a full stack of 2D aerial data and 3D digital twins, including orthophotos, oblique imagery, elevation data, LiDAR point clouds, land cover maps, mesh and other 3D models. The data sets are derived from 5 cm resolution aerial imagery and 20 - 25 points/m² density LiDAR data, delivering superior positional accuracy and temporal consistency. The ultra-high-resolution data sets provide the necessary input for base mapping, visualisations, automatic feature extraction and large volume analytics.

Hexagon follows rigorous acquisition and processing standards to offer the highest positional accuracy for applications such as urban planning, asset management, public safety, utility mapping, insurance, app development, and more. The exceptional data consistency makes it the ideal training data set for machine learning and AI algorithms. Flexible data use terms allow users to create derived products.
